A digital perm set consisting of cream-type perm solution (TC1) + liquid neutralizer (TIOX-2), specially designed for strong and resistant hair that is difficult to perm. Creates clearly defined curls with long-lasting shape retention while reinforcing hair strength after the perm process.
TIOX-2 helps re-oxidize and stabilize the newly formed curl structure, locking the bonds securely while reducing hair fragility. (This neutralizer can be used for both cold perm and digital perm services.)
