🔬 How to Use
MIX
Add Fill Plex at approximately 5% of the total amount of Bleach + Developer (OX) or hair color formula.
POST PROCESS
After coloring, it can be used in combination with a follow-up treatment system (such as ST1–ST4) to enhance restoration and conditioning results.
